Rescheduling
You can reschedule the date or time of your boat rental service within 24 hours of booking, and up to 7 days before the rental is scheduled to start. If you reschedule your rental, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time.
Cancellations due to weather
All boat rentals are weather-dependent. If your booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be notified by email or phone of these changes at least 24 hours before their scheduled to start. If a reschedule is not possible, you will be entitled to a full refund.
